This is an exciting opportunity for the responsibility of managing the office of busy Jewish centre, while working in a warm friendly environment with caring management.
We are looking for a motivated person with a warm & welcoming personality, excellent computer skills as well as sound organisational and administrative skills.
We would value experience as an Office Manager – especially at a Jewish community organisation.
Duties Include (with training provided):
administrative support for all departments (Creche, Shul & Youth)
managing social media accounts
general reception duties
billing and payments
staff timesheets
graphic design skills a plus
