In 2012 Shlomo realized that there were hundreds of isolated Jews living locally in poverty and other difficult circumstances. In line with personal goals of reaching out and helping those less fortunate, Shlomo together with his wife, Rivki started C Care – a volunteer driven organization that alleviates social isolation and disadvantage amongst the most vulnerable and fragmented sections of the community. C Care continues to grow and flourish, constantly expanding its range of services, and making a real difference in the Melbourne Jewish Community.
