MONUMENTAL MASONRY COMPANY SEEKING PART-TIME
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
We are a monumental masonry family business serving the Sydney community. We provide professional, caring service to families while meeting tight construction deadlines to the highest standards. As our business expands, we are looking for a capable Office Administrator to join our team, with specific ability to assist with our Jewish inscriptions.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing traditional Hebrew wording and liasing with rabbi and family
- Preparing and processing paperwork
- Liaising between our office, grounds staff, cemeteries and suppliers
What you need:
- Knowledge of written Hebrew language and familiarity with Jewish customs
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent written English language skills
- Professional and sensitive phone and email manner

This is a part time role, initially 2-3 hours per day.
