Baking Cheese Puffs and Cream Puffs with the Rabbi

Brighton Shule invites you to bake Cheese Puffs and Cream Puffs with Rabbi Tsykin.

Recipe as follows
Recipe for cream puffs and grougeres
Pate a choux: 1/2 cup butter (one stick, cannot substitute with margarine), 1 tsp salt, 1 cup milk/water (milk will be richer), 1 1/4 cup flour (bread or plain), 5 egg
Grougeres: pate a choux, approx 250g cheese grated (gruyere and ementale is traditional are traditional but any cheese is fine. not pre-grated)
cream puffs: pate a choux, 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp cornflour, 1 tbsp butter, vanilla essence/paste/beans, 1 cup cream
