Ingredients for baking:
4 large eggs
800g honey
800g sugar
plenty of nuts and dried fruit to mix in (likely over 1 kg)
pinch of salt
cream of tartar
either icing sugar and cornflour to dust the pan or crushed nuts (to prevent sticking)
Equipment:
stand mixer (will be much harder with egg beaters but possible)
saucepan
roasting pan
bowl of cold water
candy thermometer (helpful but not essential)
silicone spatula
