Come and celebrate Chanukah with us, with a communal Shabbat dinner on 27 December 2019. All welcome.
We are catering for vegetarians and will have GF options. Please note these on your booking form to help us with the catering.
You'll love the special desserts we will have on offer - including a donut buffet!!!! Come and decorate your own donut!!!!
Minha will commence at 6:45pm. As the mitzvah of Chanukah candle lighting must be at home, everyone can then go home after minha, light their Chanukah candles (and Shabbat candles) at the earliest time of 7:12pm. We will then all return to the synagogue for Kabbalat Shabbat starting 7:30pm. Dinner will begin at 8pm.
This is a community event organised and run by volunteers, so we'd love help - if you can, please let us know if you're available to assist with the cooking, setting the tables or even helping us with the shopping.
